Identify and Prioritize Job Stressors and Its Relation to Quality of Work Life in Tehran Traffic

This study aimed to identify and prioritize job stressors and its relation to quality of work life in Tehran traffic in 1394, has been implemented. The purpose of this research, applied research component of nature is part of correlation research. The populations of interest are those employees working in Tehran traffic. In this study, correlation research is applied and the nature of the relationship between job stress and quality of work life looks different. Data collection includes questionnaires stress (HSE) containing7 components and 35 items for measuring job stress questionnaire Walton (1973) 8 items and 27 items on the Quality of Work Life (QWL) personnel traffic in Tehran. Both questionnaires are valid and reliable so that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 95/0 and 90/0 calculated. The population consisted of all traffic staff in Tehran in 1394 that a sample size of 346 people was questioned. SPSS software was used to analyze the data and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation and Spearman's operation.
