Abstract:

One of the most important goals of the 9th government is removing poverty and creates suitable life condition for all in the society. This is emphasized in 43th principle of constitution and waver 100 of general law and also in the document of Iran expansion view in the next 20 year in order to determine the poverty line, indication of suitable program for making powerful and organizing social service aids system. Following this goal, different tools and implements were employed by 9th government such as distribution justice stock, decrease of banks interest, changing the structure of country budget, secure micro finance, although all the mentioned methods aim to create justice among all individuals of the society. But because of structural problems in Iran`s economy, some of the mentioned methods results to depreciation of economy situation in some parts of economy sections. This article attempted to survey the present status of Iran on the basis of welfare, poverty and methods of its prevention in brief. One of these solutions is micro finance and keshavarzi Bank will be studied as an example in this field.
