The Effects of Strategic Organization Communications on Behavior of Knowledge Sharing (Case Study: Iran police budgeting, planning and design department)

Increasing trend to knowledge management has resulted in fifty present increase in researches carried out in this field in past decades. Today parallel to organization understanding of this point that competitiveness is based on knowledge effective management, this knowledge is transforming to become an inseparable activity of organizations business. The purpose of this research is to study the effects of strategic organization communications on behavior of knowledge sharing on Iran police budgeting, planning and design department. It is an applied research and its nature is correlation. Statistics population of this research consisted of all Iran police budgeting, planning and design department personnel and a sample of 220 persons by simple random method for research implementation are selected. Data collection tool is questionnaire. The results of research indicated that between strategic organization communications and behavior of knowledge sharing a meaningful and a positive correlation exist.
