Simple and multiple relationships between Strategic Human Resources Management Programs and Employees Empowerment

Nowadays the success of any organization is linked to the quality and level of human resources’ capacity and empowering human resources is a significant strategic tool to gain competitive advantage. The main objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between strategic human resources management programs and empowering employees. The purpose of this research is applied and its nature is descriptive-correlational. Statistical population consists of all private and public banking employees in the city of Marivan, totaling 277 employees. Finally 148 employees were selected using stratified random sampling. Chen and Huang questionnaire (2009) was used to measure the variable of strategic human resources management programs and Spreitzer and Mishra (1995) questionnaire was used to measure the variable of empowering employees. Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used for investigating the normality of data and correlation test, regression coefficient, t independent groups, ANOVA was used to analyze data and test research hypothesis.
