Interactive- structural model of NAJA in making order and security regarding Juvenile delinquency

Maintaining order and security is one of inherent duties of IRIPF, and of course, this can be accomplished in different ways, one of which is managing the community’s young population. The aim of the present research is to offer a structural-interactive paradigm for the IRIPF in establishing order and security considering the approach of preventing juvenile delinquency. This research is a descriptive, and applied one it has a quantitative method. The statistical population consists of staffs at Care giving agencies and police stations in Tehran. From among these people, 87 persons were randomly selected as the sample size.The research information was gathered via library and field studies (interviews) and data was collected via a researcher made questionnaire of a 7 value Likert scale, whose validity and reliability have been approved. The analysis phase was done by using data average tests, Friedman and Factorial load tests. For the intended model, in interactive dimension, three components and in the structural dimension, four components were identified, and it was cleared that the influencing priority of interactive components on preventing juvenile delinquency included interaction with the Educational Organizations and National Media, then interaction with m Family and Basij entities and finally interaction with active groups involved in virtual space as well as actual peers groups respectively. Meanwhile, the order of influencing is structural elements, complexity, specialization, concentration and finally recognition. IRIPF should increase interaction with schools, national media and families. The production and exchange information police need to increase instructional activities surrounding ills and threats arising from the virtual world. Meanwhile, this police have to act to recruit qualitative specialized forces in the area of children and juveniles.
