Investigating the ralations between the loops of management science cycle

Abstract:
In recent years science management has been attended as a crucial topic. Both of Scientific and economic society bieleve that organizations are able to keep their permanent priority in competitive fields just by new science. In fact, in this area with such a huge evolusion and unstable invironmental condition organizations which came up with novel ideas are successful. They should properly organize the knowledge and extend it in it’s substructure and use it in tecnology, products and services. In this paper, the correlation between extant loops of management cycle in the university of “Elm o sanat” has been investigated. Investigation has been done by 4 loop “jashpara” model as the science cycle management with 3 hypothesis and one question. The result shows that 36 percent of science novelty variation has expressed by scientific organization. Transition knowledge factor effects on science creation. About 41 percent of science creation variation present by Transition knowledge factor. science creation depend on science operation that 56 percent of them relate by science creation that allocate the major part.
