Comparative study female police training in Iran, Denmark and Belgium

Police organization to conduct missions entrusted its necessary that uses from specialty policewoman that for matters related to women and children, to be applied. So, To increase the efficiency of the police woman at police affairs its necessary they learn from all directions training required. The subject of this research is study and a comparative study of female police training in Iran, Belgium and Denmark and the main research question is answer the questions that what similar and dissimilar characteristics there is in the legal systems of the three countries? This research in terms of target is functional that by using documentary method information and data needed for research collected and checked analytical and descriptive method. Results of the research show in our country after employment of women in the police organization, early learning in boarding facilities is separate, but in Belgium and Denmark female police training is not the form of boarding and training courses shuffle be held. In all three countries there are centers for holding training courses with special topics and time specific and tailored to the needs of the organization and professors of courses are usually professor of within the organization and faculty members of universities and scientific centers and the common goal of all the countries of female police training is upgrading skills and value their expertise in all areas.
