The investigation of consideration of religious education parameters in child development journals: a content analysis

Abstract:
The main aim of this research is to analyze the content of the child development journals in religious education. The methodology used in the study is descriptive- content analysis. The population of the study was all the texts and pictures of these journal in the year 1392-1393. The two (frequency) parameters that were the focus of investigation were intimacy with the beneficent Allah and recognition of the prophet and Imams; the sub-parameters of the intimacy with Allah were dedication to heavenly order, recognition of NEMAT and correct use of them; the second sub-parameters were recognition of the prophets and Imams, dedication to the orders and going to pilgrim. All the texts and pictures were selected for analysis. At p=0.05 level the chi showed asymmetry in the journals; moreover, in most journals, the sub-parameters of recognition of the prophets and Imams the least attention has been given to the issue. At the end some suggestions are provided.
