This paper by using the library and content analysis method tries to identify individual factors based on the Quran, Nahjol-balagheh and Hdiths. And finally the result is that factors such as fear, sadness, despair, laziness, worldliness, proudness, drowning in dreams, negligence and shortcomings of knowledge, are features which the continuation of them in human personality will lead to delinquency in action.
