Trees in Farrukhi Sisitani Poetry

Trees are the most significant things in the circle of biological life. These beautiful heavenly plants in Farsi poetry and literature help the beautification of environment pleasantly. Trees are the shelter of various birds and the nest of tranquility and songs. Abul hasan Ali ibn Julugh known as Farrukhi Sisitani is the 4th and 5th century Persian poet and one the most prominent poet of all time. He has an innate tendency toward the nature of trees and from this point of view he utilizes trees for his own emotional and simple meanings. Farrukhi was a man of enjoyment¡ pleasure and vinosity. He was a poem who reached to honor and fame from poverty and anonymity to the way that he was a member of royal system. Difficulty and toil of earning livelihood didn’t bother him. He comprehended the role of trees during happiness in the magnificent banquet of Ghaznavi government and he was a great companion of trees. The most important poetic imagery in the function of trees was similies for Farrukhi. The article has surveyed Farrukhi poetry and found 40 different kinds of trees which made the atmosphere of his poems. Here¡ we wrote about only 15 trees in the context of his poetry. The advantages of the research are illustration of life style and sitting on the tablecloth of nature. On the other hand¡ its consequence is record of different kind of trees (organic forest) in the poetry of 4th and 5th century.
