Epistemological analysis of jurisprudence

Presenting a proper impact of terminology in systemizing scientific terms and its role in a suitable perception of structural form of sciences, this paper is seeking a reply to concern about classifying internal - scientific of jurisprudence. Studying the subject is organized in the four axes. In the first axis, the paper speaks about term of knowledge`s importance, in the second one, it examines some titles that cause of knowing the terms of sciences; third one discuses of limits and extension of Fiqh, and the fourth one is specified for finding and cognition of Fiqh in the terminological form, and also for important utilities.
