The survey of relation of hydrocarbon revenue with non-hydrocarbon revenue in petroleum exporting countries

Because of the importance of tax revenues in provision of budget of countries, it is one of the most important subjects in economics to investigate the Factors affecting these revenues and its relationship with oil revenues. The main objective of this research is the investigation the effect of oil revenues on tax revenue of Petroleum Exporting Countries with dividing the country into two parts, Open trade with low-level and high level which has been investigated by using Panel Data Approach during the years 1998-2014. The results show that oil revenues is estimated negative and significant in the Petroleum Exporting Countries with Open trade with low-level and high level and the GDP is estimated positive and non significant in countries with a low level of open trade . corruption perception index is estimated negetive and significant, open trade is estimated positive and non significant and the share of agriculture in GDP is estimated positive and non significant. But in the petroleum exporting countries with a high level of open trade , GDP is estimated negetive and non significant, corruption perception index , open trade and the share of agriculture in GDP is estimated positive and significant .
