Effective Components on Developing Managerial and Command Capacities in NAJA

Islamic Republic of Iran law enforcement as one of the most important organizations and base of country development capacities process to provide order and security. Therefore, the present research is to identify effective components on developing managerial and command capacities in NAJA. The research method is compound (qualitative and quantitative) and descriptive-analytical one. The statistical society is NAJA commanders and managers. The sample is 13 persons using purposeful sampling and the method of analysis of qualitative data is selective. Quantitative data is analyzed via Freidman and T Test. The result shows that development capacities are composed of two components as training capacities and empower capacities. The results of Freidman Test show that there is no meaningful differences between grade average of two components: NAJA managerial and command capacities .the results of T test show that calculated average of training capacities and capacity empowerment on developing NAJA managerial and command capacities is meaningful and above the medium level. As a whole it is to be concluded that the dimension of NAJA managerial and command capacities development has two components such as capacity training and capacity empowerment.
