Identifying Organizational Obstacles on the Way of Proper Execution of the Law on Investigating Driving Violations

This research was aimed to investigate organizational obstacles on the way of proper execution of the law on investigating driving violations in the Kermanshah province. To this research, organizational factors in the area of executive, educational, technological and infrastructure obstacles were studied. The current study was applied in terms of goals and from a methodological point of view, it was a survey, while from a data gathering perspective, it was a quantitative research. The statistical population of this study consisted of all Traffic and Road Police personnel of the Kermanshah province (N=522). The number of 220 people was selected as the sample size based on the Morgan-Krejesi Table and via random method. To gather data, questionnaires were used. As per the findings and those of previous studies, one can argue that some factors are considered organizational obstacles hindering the execution of new laws. In this research, four categories of factors have been cited as organizational obstacles. Meantime, research findings suggest the existence of such obstacles within an organization. Research findings suggest that organizational obstacles have effects in the proper execution of the law on investigating driving violations.
