Evaluating the Efficacy of M.A. Course Training in the Major of Traffic

Abstract:
This research was aimed to evaluate the efficacy of M.A. course training in the major of Traffic. The article is applied in trems of goals and from a descriptive method, it is a survey. To measure the reaction, learning and level of behavioral changes, questionnaires and mean scores of graduates were used. The statistical population of this study consisted of students and immediate commanders of M.A. course 11 on Traffic, each of which was 54 people who were in a full tally. The findings showed that students were satisfied with the holding of all courses except for comparative Traffic studies, the role of traffic police in crisis management and research methodology. Meantime, the remainder of the textbooks was found to be desirable. S well, the highest level of student's behavioral changes relate to policing traffic affairs, specialized seminars, criticism and investigation of traffic directives and advanced research methodology.
