The criteria of sculpturing prohibition based on the religion commandments

Awareness of a sentence cause is important to define the exact extent of sentence liability and its cause, simultaneously. Prohibition of sculpture without considering its constraints, is an undoubted Islamic law (sharia) in all Islamic schools. However, considering the features of this rule in legislation point of view, Sculpture prohibition was probably legislated under its foretime conditions. Therefore, discovery of the cause of this law can be effective in generalization of the law for current era. As Sculpture has not natural enormity, the basis of this law cannot be established cognitively. However it is possible to capture the cause of this law using verbal reasoning. Assuming this method, in this paper, it has been discussed that prohibition of sculpture law was only legislated in order to stall the spread of polytheism (shirk) and Idolatry
