The Study of the effects of organizational spirituality on staff loyalty (Case Study: Mehran Education and Training Organization)

In the current century which organizations especially educational institutions are facing such a sensitive and uncalm environment, staff loyalty and commitment towards the organization ‘s objective is very important. Therefore, we are trying to evaluate the effects of organizational spirituality on staff loyalty of Mehran township education department. The statistical society of the study includes all staff of Mehran township education department; which a sample of 225 people has been chosen through simple random sampling and Morgan Table. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire which includes 2 parts: organizational spirituality and staff loyalty; that masters and experts ‘s ideas has been used for content validity and content reliability is evaluated through Cronbach ‘s alpha factor. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and SPSS 21 and LISREL 8.8 software are used in data analysis. Results of the study indicate that there is a significant, affirmative and direct relationship between organizational spirituality and staff loyalty. In addition, among all dimensions of spirituality, there is a significant, affirmative and direct relationship between both solidarity and individual spirituality, with staff loyalty.
