The relationship between professional ethics of managers with psychological empowerment and organizational innovation (The Case: Ardebil Education Staff)

The basic and effective factor of any organization is the managers of that organization, especially the religious leaders. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and psychological empowerment and organizational innovation of employees. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of all educational staff of Ardabil city was 6000 people. A sample of 361 people was selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was three standard questionnaires, professional ethics of Ghasemzadeh et al. (2014), Spreader Psychological Empowerment (1995), and organizational innovation questionnaire of Hang et al. (2011). The results of statistical analysis showed that the relationship between professional ethics of managers with psychological empowerment and organizational innovation of staff is positive and significant. In other words, professional ethics of managers has a significant impact on organizational empowerment and innovation.
