Abstract:
ne of the prominent features of NAJA staff; in addition to learning the required and and disciplinary skills, having the educational skills and in fact observing the behavioral requirements. Since these staff are directly involved with the range of citizens in the spectrum and the various strata, therefore, the conditions require high-level behavioral skills and endeavor to adapt their behavior to Criteria and accepted standards of society and citizens by appropriate training, on the other hand, there are many different and varied examples of citizenship rights that are directly related to the type of employees’ behavior and professional performance and at any moment it is feared that a non-standardized and unpardonable behavior would impede other significant positive measures of NAJA. Therefore, this paper explores "Important Components of Behavioral Requirements for NAJA Staff in the Field of Citizenship Rights”.
