Define Strategies to Achieve Stable Security with an Emphasis on Cultural Components in Sistan and Baluchestan

The issue of social security is one of the issues, which play an important role on threatening, or rein forcing the in Fra structures of a society s development and the strategies for it s improvement and stability have different causal factors and causes in distinct geographical areas. In another word although security and it s cause and obstacles have the same general ideas according to beliefs and values geographical area and per-and post civilizations they have their own differences. Among the influential factors on social security, some have a greater impact on attaining stabilizing and expanding of security. Some factors such as culture political system economical situation geopolitical position and dynamic diplomacy can play a significant role on security and it s stabilizing. In this dissertation there for the role of cultural factors on a stable security has been assessed in the province for Sistan and Baloochestan. In this, research the impact of four factors of elders’ social media educational institutions and religious beliefs on the security of the province of Sistan and Baloochestan was evaluated. In terms of goal and the nature of The issue This research is functional and descriptive serially and surrey method using questionnaires was employed to gather The required in formation. The statistical universe of this research includes all residents of Sistan & Baloochestan and based on Cochran formula the sample size was decided to be as many as 384. The cronbach’s alpha value was 91% for the questionnaires, which demonstrates a high level of Stability. The sample T-tak test was used to evaluate the proposed assumptions. Finally, we ranked the factors using Friedman test. The results of this research demonstrate that all proposed factors are effective on developing a stable security in Sistan & Baloochestan. The outcomes of this study emphasize on the fact that national and local media official and nonofficial educational institutions local dignitaries, elders, also paying attention, and emphasizing on religious commonality Thiess are among The most significant factors which can be used as efficient Tools in establishment of a stable security in The province.
