Survey the Status of Knowledge Management in the Urmia University of Technology using the EFQM's approach

Monitoring and Evaluation of the Components of Knowledge Management, is Considered Prerequisite for the Planning and Implementation of these Activities. The purpose of this study using the EFQM Excellence Model for Assessment of Knowledge Management in the Urmia University of Technology. in this study, The instruments used to Collect data are two Questionnaires that derived from the EFQM model. The validity of Questionnaires by faculty members and reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.94 and 0.859, respectively) were approved. The SPSS24 software with ANOVA and one sample t-test was used for data analysis
Finding: The results show with the exception of the leadership criterion, other criteria are not in good condition. also, ANOVA results show The Utility of Criteria in Different faculties is similar. Providing affordable access to users of knowledge, Using information technology to support knowledge management activities and Ensuring the validity and security of information can help the university to improve knowledge management condition in the Urmia University of Technology
