The practice of supervision and control in management of security crises

Political and security crises management and the manner of coping with them are among new themes of security management which information society needs it for moving toward development of management and control of security and political crises. This paper aims to shed light on the practice of supervision and control in managing security crises. The study is practical in type and the analytical descriptive method is used. Researcher intends to answer the question that how management acts in control of security crises. The sample size of statistical population is 44 people of experts informed in the topics of management and crisis and considering the limited population, all of members of statistical population are used as sample size. Researcher in answering the question that how is the practice of supervision and control in managing security crises, collected information and questionnaire of 16 questions is devised on the study variables, and following distribution and collection of questionnaires, answers are statistically analyzed with spss software using Chi 2 test, and obtained results confirm the study hypothesis of the study . Thr results suggest that on-time and accurate supervision and control based on objective and plan through determining desired standards, design of information feedback system, comparing the real components with predetermined standards, conducting corrective measures on time and determining deviation and error plays an effective role in control of security crises.
