Effects of vitamin D Diets in the fingerling Rainbow trout on Blood parameters and immune system
Rainbow trout was a kind of fish which formed the basis of developing industry. This Study was very important in aquaculture industry there were 120 fry of rainbow trout with on average weight 3 gr at 8 weeks in 12 tank fiberglass with a density of 10 fish. They were determined the effect of different levels of vitamin D3 in Blood factor and immune system in 3 dietary treatments with 3 replicates and 1 control group did at concentrations of 3000, 4000 and 5000 International Units of vitamin D3. The study showed that the increasing amounts of the vitamin D3 in the diet of fish caused to increase plasma levels of vitamin D and increased levels of white blood cells and immunoglobulins. They Showed the increase of immune system and other factors blood such as : Hemoglobin , hematocrit , neutrophils , lymphocytes , monocytes , eosinophils, MCV, MCH, MCHC did not influence differences statistically significant(p>0.05)
