Pathology and Providing Solutions Regarding NAJA Managers and Commanders Organizational Knowledge Sharing

Abstract:

his study mainly attempts to recognize deficits and provide strategies regarding organizational knowledge sharing which could be considered one of principal dimensions of knowledge management among the Law Enforcement Forces managers and commanders. The researc was of descriptive nature and the sample was consisted of 205 NAJA managers and commanders. The research validity was measured by Kronbach Alpha which was 0/91 and its reliability was calculated by factor analysis test. The findings revealed that the NAJA’s managers and commanders inclination is generally at desired level. Among the motivational factors of organizational knowledge sharing, normative necessities, group relation necessities, support and reward may have an effect on NAJA’s managers and commanders’ inclination to organizational knowledge sharing. The most important acknowledged obstacles could be could be lack of knowledge about organizational and personal interests and not being put into operation some elites expriences and creativities.
