Measuring the quality of electronic service in traffic police

Abstract:
The present study aims to assess the quality of electronic services traffic police through the website "Rahvar 120" is offered. Examine this issue in terms of the organization to achieve better performance and higher quality in the provision of electronic services and the promotion of public funds in the field of e-government is very important. Therefore, in this study, after reviewing the existing literature in the field of electronic services and searching different models for electronic service quality evaluation, selected e-quale model and based on the assumptions of the e-quale model been proposed. The population includes all people who have used at least once a Website service and using of Cochran formula sample size of 384 was determined. The data from the questionnaire, using Kolmogorov - Smirnov (K-S) test ensure the normality of the data was obtained and paired T-test was used to verify the hypothesis. The results show that users in total dimensions of the model, the quality of the information provided consent when compared to the dimensions of usability and interaction of Website services have been satisfied.
