The effect of managerial and organizational factors on loyalty and performance of law enforcement Employee
The main purpose of this study was to determine the impact of managerial and organizational factors on the loyalty and performance of law enforcement officers in Shahinjeh city.
The purpose of this study is an application that is one of the descriptive survey research. The method of data collection is descriptive-correlational. Standard questionnaires were used for measuring. To evaluate the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments, the results of the measurement model were invoked, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. To analyze the data and present a structural model, Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS3 software was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of 135 police officers of Shahindjeh city. According to Morgan table, a sample of 100 people was selected by stratified random sampling.
Management and organizational factors affect the loyalty and performance of law enforcement officers in Shahindjeh city. Also, the managerial and organizational components have an impact on the loyalty and performance of the staff of Shahindjeh city.
The results of hypotheses test showed that organizational and managerial factors have an impact on employee loyalty and performance. Given the value of the model presented, it has a good fit and can be used to increase employee loyalty and performance in government agencies. In addition, the components of management and organizational factors predict employee loyalty and performance at an appropriate level.
