Investigating the Role of Key Success Factors on Using Six Sigma Methodologies in Service Structures

Six sigma's successful implementation and methodology requires the proper capabilities of the operating strategy, as well as the efficient and efficient use of advanced tools. Understanding the tools and key factors behind the success of six sigma has a huge impact onthe success or failure of an organization. Recently, a large number of Iranian organizations and companies have applied the six sigma methodology and achieved success. In fact, the purpose of this research studies the role of success factors on the use of6 sigma meta-analysis in service structures.

This is useful in terms of pesticides, and in terms of pesticides, it is a small method. The statistical population consisted of staffs and managers in Fars province, with a total of 400 reported, using 196 sampling formulas. Cronbach's alpha method is often used for the purpose of testing. According to SPSS statistical software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables was greater than 0.7. For the tenant tenants the content tenant method is made. Therefore, the content of this program is strongly encouraged to target the right people and to have the necessary tools. In order to test the data and to test the conceptual model of the separation of root meanings, the model is a dependent variable modeling using SmartPLS version 28.13 software.

In this study, six sigma dependent variables and key success factors (individual-organizational-group factor) of independent variable were reported. The overall conceptual model of research, or gof, is 0.33, indicating a good fit, meaning that the conceptual model of research is close to real society.

The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between the variables of the study. There is a significant relationship between the key dimensions of success and six sigma, the individual dimension of key success factors and six sigma. There is a significant relationship between the key dimension of key success factors and six sigma. There is a significant relationship between sigma. Therefore, the results of the study indicate a significant relationship between the research variables.
