Provide an evaluation model for NAJA commanders and managers based on harms and threats
The aim of this study was to provide a model for evaluating NAJA anti-narcotics police commanders and managers based on harms and threats. This research has been done in the framework of a qualitative approach and using the data-driven method research. Participants in the study were 12 experts (deputies and heads of NAJA anti-narcotics police departments) who were selected using snowball sampling method until they reached theoretical saturation. MAXQDA software was used to analyze the content of qualitative data. The findings of the analysis of the content of the interviews showed that in the process of evaluating the commanders and managers of the NAJA Anti-Narcotics Police in terms of harms and threats, three dimensions, ten components and 54 indicators should be considered. The results showed that the effective dimensions in the evaluation process of NAJA anti-narcotics police commanders and managers in terms of harms and threats can be in the form of three dimensions: 1. Assessment based on general vulnerability and threat 2. Assessment based on specialized vulnerabilities and threats 3. Assessment the basis of vulnerability and threat through cyberspace functions. The results of the study led to the design of NAJA human resource evaluation model based on harms and threats.
