Spatial – local Surveying and analyzing of crime and guilt (case sample: lifting from houses) at uromia city using the GIS

As a result of the human increasing effect at cities, it is the social malformations that affected all cities particularly Uromia Were yet suffers from pathologies of 8 years war and its consequences .In this paper, using the GIS, we have tried to evaluate and make scenarios of lifting from houses at uromia city. The researching method in this paper is comparison and analytics and the statistical population of the research is lifting from houses at year 90.the findings of the current research shows that crime centers at city level has not distributed randomly instead we can see the obligation to a clear charter in their localization( like population concentration, nearness to the gravity centre of the city,…).in fact, According to the given concepts , the result of this paper is indicative of GIS capabilities in order to simulation and objectivities of pathologies areas.
