Opportunities and Threats of Vn1ual Education During the Corona Pandemic from the Viewpoint of Farhangiin University Student-Teachers
In recent years, the world has been plagued by coronary heart disease, and one consequence has been the holding of virtual university classes, without the full preparation of universities, faculty and students.The aim of this study was to examine the opportunities and threats of e-learning during the corona epidemic from the perspective of Farhangian University student-teachers with the swot model. The research population includes all student-teachers of Farhangian University, Fatemeh Zahra Campus. The sample includes 22 student-teachers of Fatemeh Zahra Campus by purposive sampling method. The research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, quality and tools used, structured interview as well as analysis method, content analysis.86.5% of people were satisfied with the training and the best strength is saving and saving time and mentioned two opportunities: reducing air pollution and preserving the environment and preventing the spread of Corona virus. The most common weakness of e-learning is the disruption of the e-learning website, and interruptions, low speeds, and Internet costs are the most common external threats to the organization, respectively. Cultural and personality differences of individuals are also effective in determining the strengths and weaknesses of e-learning; The role of the teacher and his / her personality traits are important in improving teaching. It is suggested that in-service courses be introduced to the types of virtual education and familiarity with appropriate tools in order to produce content and review the facilities of the virtual education website of Farhangian University for professors.
