Mazandaran Province Police Force Headquarters staff performance appraisal based on the Excellence Model (EFQM)
Ahead towards excellence, problems and setbacks are evident, the importance of self-assessment shows. The celebrity models in line self-assessment, EFQM Excellence Model is a study to evaluate the performance of the staff of Mazandaran province police force based on the Excellence Model (EFQM) is paid. The study population included 170 staff in Mazandaran province have formed a police force. As for the selection of sample size and sample size of 116 was used Morgan table was set, sampling is done randomly. Information technology and communications was 0.92. Information obtained by using Kolmogorov Smirnov one-sample t been analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that the performance of the staff of Mazandaran province police force based on EFQM model in the field of leadership, policy and strategy, human resources, partnerships and resources, processes, customer results, society results and results key optimal performance and above average, but the average is in the area of personnel. In the end, proposals were also presented.
