The Study of Effective Strategies on the Development of AcademicEthics in Higher Education Institutes (Qualitative Study)

The aim of the study is to investigate the effective strategies on the development of academic ethics in higher education institutes and universities by using qualitative approach. The population of the study includes key informant in the field of academic ethics. 19 samples from were selected through interviews based on Graneheim &Lundman. the result from data analysis of open coding, axial and selective coding showed that four strategies impact on on the development of academic ethics. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of academic ethics requires attention to important determinants that regardless of these factors (individual, organizational, contextual and environmental),the realization of such an important issue that plays a key role in the scientific and qualitative development of the higher education institutions, will not be possible.
