Facilitate the relationship between the people and the government and provide a model of communication and mutual understanding based on the Qur'an and the Razavi tradition

The ability to communicate, the power to understand is an innate aspect of human being that exists in the form of his tendencies. One of the strategic issues that can be studied is mutual understanding and relationship between the people and the government, which can lead to the growth of society and the Razavi utopia. For this reason, it is necessary to study this concept according to the teachings of the Qur'an, the teachings of the practical life of Imam Reza (as), which is full of elements of communication and mutual understandings. Therefore, the main question of this research, which was conducted with reference to hadiths and interviews with religious experts was: what points do the teachings of the Qur'an and Razavi manners contain in this regard? For that, the six key elements of communication: sender, message, receiver, device, feedback, and environment was addressed. According to the Qur'an and the practical life of Imam Reza (as), the sender conveys its message by using:”observing moral norms in communication, having a spirit of criticism, Prejudice, and observance of fairness and softness in speech”. This message has features such as:”clarity, simplicity, and honesty” which is appropriate to the recipient. Based on the findings, it can be expected that the relationship between the people and the government will be approached. In this way, with the inspiration of the verses of the Quran and the practical life of Imam Reza (as)، it is possible to facilitate the relationship between the people and the government.
