Examining the Role of Rural Housing Refinement on Passive Defense and Security Improvement

Building rural housing in which its architecture pattern contains the environmental, economic and social principles also it offers different functions. One of the most important functions of housing is creation of security. So, rural housing refinement is essential in accordance with technical requirements. The research method was descriptive- analytical which conducted based on field documents. Indeed, according to the 1390 census data Jargalan district contains 35 residential villages and 6365 households. So, population of this study includes all households in these villages. Hence, given the large number of population cluster sampling method was applied. Finally, to select a sample of households simple random sampling method was used. Sample based on the sample of 226 households was obtained to facilitate the calculation of the number of samples were 230 household units. Research measurement tool is a self-made questionnaire that validity by Cronbach's alpha was calculated and it was 89/0. For analysis, we used the software SPSS. Why that is necessary to achieve the desired result in civil defense retrofit housing through its implementation process is to be an agent for preventing rural migration.
