Designing Policies for the Development of the Social Security Pension System with a Future Research Approach

The purpose of this research is to design socialsecurity pension system development policies with a futureresearch approach.

This research is applied in terms ofpurpose. In terms of the data collection method, this researchis a qualitative type of future research using the scenariowriting method, which were identified through the metacombination method of policies, and the desired futures wereformulated through the scenario writing method. became . Thestatistical population of the intended research in the metacomposite section was that by reviewing 70 articles andinterviewing 25 experts and senior experts of the SocialSecurity Organization in Khuzestan province, 15 people wereselected as a statistical sample using the snowball method.Among the informants, a panel was considered to respond tothe scenario-writing questionnaire in future research and apanel was considered to determine future strategies accordingto the output scenario in quantitative and qualitative sections.

In the current study, 274 codes were identified inthe reference MAXQDA software. It should be noted thatsome of the identified codes had multiple frequencies. In thisregard, taking into account the frequency, a total of 1097 codeswere extracted with frequency. Among the identified codes,governance, social and cultural policies, global experiences ofopen sitting, management, government and Webster'sinstitutional, economic and technical policies are among themost important codes. had been identified. And finally, threeoptimistic futures, probable futures and pessimistic futureswere created by the focus group.

Based on the results of the research, the policypackage that includes the main policies (mother) andsupporting policies (in three categories: hindering, enablingand facilitating). Finally, the focus group was used to confirmand finalize as well as modify and approve the proposedpolicies. This policy package includes description of thepackage, purpose, type of policy, mother policies, supportpolicies that hinder, support policies for feasibility, supportpolicies-facilitator based on the future research approach.
