Designing and exploring of effective factors on organizational innovation in IRAN TRANSFO GROUP

Abstract:
In this research the first priority is to study the existence of organizational innovation in Iran Transfo co.The second priority is to study the six effective factors on organization innovation and the third priority is to study the differences of ideas and views of designing, engineering, research, sales and marketing departments, with the aim of offering information, which is the most important resources of development and novelty of production, to high level managers for being used in their future decision making.This research has the aim of testing how important are the variables which Andereas Hermann, Torsten Tomczak and Rene Befurt published in their research as " Determinants of product innovation" on 2006 such as " technological power, core competencies, customer requirement, market-orientation and learning competency". These three researchers were mostly following the effective indicators on innovation in about 50 German, British and French companies which had new product projects and the history of offering new products to market, mostly with the goal of testing and defining the indicators of innovation and not its existence.Considering the mentioned researches, this research is started with the title of "Design of and Search for the Effective Factors on Organization Innovation in Iran Transfo".This research is looking for the rate of affects of some of the three researches variables and pays attention not for wasting information but using them more effectively, which gives ideas about Iran Transfo's success in achieving innovation. But this task needs more caution and should not away of any misunderstanding.Therefore the first goal and priority of research is the testing of effect rate of those researcher's variables in Iran Transfo.
