Necessary characteristics of driving and traffic department class and its relationship with staff performance of this class

Purpose of this study was necessary characteristics of driving and traffic department class and its relationship with staff performance of this class. This descriptive project was a correlation type that 32 of mangers for rating characteristics and indexes and 160 disciplinary staffs randomly and with respect to disciplinary staff’s volume were selected. The instrument of this project was made researcher and staffs year efficiency questionnaire. The results has showed that There are different characteristics for succession in driving and traffic department in this class that among them are self-confidence, arrangement and discipline, conscientiousness, affability and good humor, obedience, behavior constancy have highest mean. There are significance relation between corresponding characteristics and efficiency scores (R=0/52) so that this correlation for self-confidence, arrangement and discipline, good humor, Constructive interaction, capability felling, self-control, patience, memory criticism are higher (R=0/40), hence this suggest increased psychology skills between staffs. There are no significance difference between staffs with classic education and military education in terms of above features and according to this the findings of this study had confirmed many researches and applied suggestion had been provided.
