Studying the Role of Emotional Inteligence in Improving Organizatonal Effectiveness
Case study: Saderat Bank of Tehran City
The role of human element in quality of service in service organizations makes emotional inteligence an influential factor of employees performance. Accordingly, The research examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness in Tehran's Saderad bank. This study is an applied, quantitative and descriptive reserch.The population of interest consisted of managers and employees of 12 scope of the Bank Saderat in Tehran. Stratified random sampling method is used for sampling. Data collection tool was standardized questionnaires of emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness.Data were analyzed through Pearson and also linear regression.The results show that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness. Accordingly, The promotion of emotional intelligence of the bank's employees can assist to improve its organizational effectiveness.
