Studying The Relationship among Islamic Human Resource Management and Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave

Abstract:
Being familiar with the guidelines of the Quranin the field of human resource management is considered the beginning of achieving the properand effective Principles of managing employees. particularly, university admin is trators awaring of the seprocedures and guidelines can have a better understanding of thebehaviorof theiremployees. This study has examined the relationship amongislamic human resource management and organizational justice, job satisfaction and intention to leave.This is a correlative study. The populationof intrest included all employees of the Faculty of Business and Economic in University of Mashhad. The sample was comprised of 43 employees of the Department. Standardized questionnaire was used for data collection. SmartPLS software was usedfor the Fitting of research model and analysing data related to hypotheses.The results showed that the proposed model has a good fitness.Path coefficients indicated that there is a significant relationship among islamic human resource management with organizational justice, organizational justice and job satisfaction. The relationship between interactional justice and job satisfaction were not statistically significant. Job satisfaction and intention to leave had statistically significant relationship. In addition, there was a a significant relationship amongislamic human resource management with job satisfaction and intention to leave.
