The Effects of Social Capital on Learning Organization

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of social capital on learning organization and 107 persons, the number of sample is 84 patients .the tool of data collection is questionnaire of learning organization is provided by Watkins and mar sick. The research method is in terms of purpose applied and in terms of method was descriptive research and correlation type, and required data have been collected using questionnaires and survey method. The statistical population of this study includes principal and schoolmaster of the middle schools of Qom.The tools applied in this study were two researcher made questionnaires which were based on Lickert spectrum. For analysis of the effect of social capital on learning organization, Pearson correlation and multiple regression and friedman test by spss software are used. Research finding confirm that significant relation in separate analysis between social network and trust and shared norms with learning organization but in multiple regression only shared norms relation with learning organization.
