Planning model for strategic cultural Designing

According to many conversant of social problems, culture is a navigator element for macro decisions of countries. Lack of short term, midterm and long term goals, lack of strategies and macro cultural goals are defects comes from lock of management, structure, targeting and designing. This research is to design a model of strategic cultural planning in order to create strategic planning of macro cultural organizations of Iran.
This Research is practical in goal and interpretive structural in Paradigm of research and its Methodology is explanatory-analytic. Statistical population of research is composed of in experts of cultural, strategic designing and strategy gathering contexts have high Education, strategic planning experiences, work history in managerial Positions in large cultural-social organizations or important decision making centers. As sample society, 103 Person are selected upon mindful sample gathering manner and the society requested to answer is researcher made questions.
Findings: Research findings indicate compromise among experts of cultural management regarding a model with 4 basic phase and 18 stage as a holistic, systematic, endogenous and collaborative model has acceptable position.
Discussions and Due to logical sequences among phases, stages and steps, the model has a systematic view to cultural strategic planning. With attention to models assessed in this research and nature of culture, the research offers compositional strategic Planning Model based on vital factors of success and future scenarios for execution.
