Study on missions and functions of Iranian higher education in implementation of resistant economy based on supreme leader's viewpoint

The aim of this research is identification of superiorities¡ educational¡ research and policy making functions (knowledge and skill) of Iranian universities and higher education system in order of operationalizing and implementation of resistance economy policies. To do this research¡ after reviewing the literature¡ the basic elements of these functions was extracted via qualitative content analysis of supreme leader''s speech between 2010-2015. Based on these factors¡ a questionnaire was developed and distributed between 50 experts of this field to determinate the importance and priority of them. Collected data was analyzed by simple one-way T and Friedman test. The results showed that all of identified elements was important by expert''s viewpoint and factors of paradigm promotion¡ coordination of science with nation needs and commercialization of science has most priority in organizing educational and research activities of Iranian universities.
