In this paper, we deal with second-order fuzzy linear two-point boundary value problems (BVP) under Hukuhara derivatives. Considering the first-order and second-order Hukuhara derivatives, four types of fuzzy linear two-point BVPs can be obtained where each may or may not have a solution. Therefore a fuzzy two-point (BVP) may have one, two, three, or four different kinds of solutions concerning this kind of derivative. To solve this fuzzy linear two-point (BVP), we convert each to two cases of crisp boundary value problems. We apply a standard method(numerical or analytical) to solve crisp two-point BVPs in their domain. Subsequently, the crisp solutions are combined to obtain a fuzzy solution to the fuzzy problems, and the solutions are checked to see if they satisfy the fuzzy issues. Conditions are presented under which fuzzy problems have the fuzzy solution and illustrated with some examples. Keywords: Fuzzy number, Hukuhara differentiability, Fuzzy two-point boundary value problems, Fuzzy function

In this paper, we introduce and characterize the notion of fuzzy continuous functions and fuzzy homeomorphic topological spaces of fuzzy subspaces. Fuzzy base and fuzzy sub base for a fuzzy topology in fuzzy spaces were also introduced and discussed.

In this study, we discussed a fuzzy programming approach to bi-level linear programming problems and their application. Bi-level linear programming is characterized as mathematical programming to solve decentralized problems with two decision-makers in the hierarchal organization. They become more important for the contemporary decentralized organization where each unit seeks to optimize its own objective. In addition to this, we have considered Bi-Level Linear Programming (BLPP) and applied the Fuzzy Mathematical Programming (FMP) approach to get the solution of the system. We have suggested the FMP method for the minimization of the objectives in terms of the linear membership functions. FMP is a supervised search procedure (supervised by the upper Decision Maker (DM)). The upper-level decision-maker provides the preferred values of decision variables under his control (to enable the lower level DM to search for his optimum in a wider feasible space) and the bounds of his objective function (to direct the lower level DM to search for his solutions in the right direction).

Many methods for ranking fuzzy numbers have been proposed. The existing methods for ranking generalized fuzzy numbers based on the optimistic index () gives dierent values for comparing the numbers by using dierent values of the optimistic index () and it is the shortcoming of this method. So we introduce a new defuzzication using a crisp number for ordering and comparing the fuzzy numbers. The calculation of the proposed method is simpler and easier in comparison the other methods and it provides the correct ordering of generalized fuzzy numbers. It is shown that the proposed modication satises all the reasonable properties of fuzzy quantities (I) and (II) proposed by X. Wang, E. E. Kerre [18, 19].Keywords: Fuzzy numbers, Fuzzy function, L, R type generalized fuzzy numbe
