It is important to determine the dose of drugs for treatment of cancer with a view to expense and also side effects entered on the patients. In this paper with profiting of mathematical model one of the kinds of blood cancer named chronic myelogenous leukemia and with using of experiences of blood cancer specialist has been designed Fuzzy controller that determine necessary drug dose for treatment of this disease in a period of 521 days. This method is experimented on 0 patients with disease diverse condition and different parameters and the result are shown that this method contrary to present methods has very proper robustness for treatment of different patients, meanwhile the amount of consumption drugs in comparison with other papers has been reduced dramatically.Keywords: Determining of drug dose, Fuzzy controller, Chronic myelogenous leukemia

So far various methods for optimization presented and one of most popular of them are optimization algorithms based on swarm intelligence and also one of most successful of them is Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Prior some efforts by applying fuzzy logic for improving defects of PSO such as trapping in local optimums and early convergence has been done. Moreover to overcome the problem of inefficiency of PSO algorithm in high-dimensional search space, some algorithms such as Cooperative PSO offered. Accordingly, in the present article, we intend, in order to develop and improve PSO algorithm take advantage of some optimization methods such as Cooperatives PSO, Comprehensive Learning PSO and fuzzy logic, while enjoying the benefits of some functions and procedures such aslocal search function and Coloning procedure, propose the Enhanced Comprehensive Learning Cooperative Particle Swarm Optimization with Fuzzy Inertia Weight (ECLCFPSO-IW) algorithm. Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) which is a nonlinear and time variant system may not be easily controlled by classic control methods. This is due to the fact that classic linear controllers are just capable of controlling a specific plant in small region of state space. To overcome this problem, a more powerful control technique must be employed for complex nonlinear plants. Fuzzy controllers are potential candidates for the control of such systems, while they have an intrinsic ability to control a complex set of dynamics like ABS in an appropriate wider region in the state space.This paper introduces a new zero order Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy controller. The input membership functions of the proposed controller have been optimized such that the ABS performance enhances over different braking situations. Simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed controller under various road conditions.
