A nevus sebaceous is a rare type of lesion that most often occurs on the scalp but can appear anywhere on the head, face, neck, forehead, or scalp. Nevus sebaceous is benign lesion usually resulting from hyperplasia of different elements of the skin such as epithelial, sebaceous, follicular elements. This article discusses a patient with giant nevus sebaceous lesions on his scalp and right ear. An 18-year-old man came to the Plastic Surgery Outpatient Department, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Shiraz, Iran with a large gray brown Nevus like lesions on his scalp and on the right periauricular region. Both lesions gradually increased in size over the time, leading to giant papillomatosis lesions. The patient had no manifestations like pain or other symptoms. The operation was planned, and lesions excised and repaired with Local Flap and Full thickness skin graft, the patient was discharged after a day. After surgery, recovery was good and after 3 months there was no relapse and cosmetic result was excellent. This article shows the importance of surgery role in nevus sebaceous patients and discusses different types of treatments.

Dislocation of mandibular condyle into the middle cranial fossa is rare but diagnosis and treatment timely is very important due to significant complications. In this paper, we present a very rare case of asymptomatic intrusion of the mandibular condyle into the middle cranial fossa after orthognathic surgery in a 23 year old man from Iran.

Angiolipoma is an uncommon benign fatty tumor which is a variant of lipoma. Microscopic studies on angiolipoma show that it includes the mature lipocytes and blood vessels. Infiltrating angiolipoma is an un-capsulated angiolipoma and, due to penetration into the surrounding structures, complete excision of the tumor is difficult. According to previous studies, the relapse rate of the infiltrating angiolipoma after surgical intervention is 35-50%. Infiltrating angiolipoma is rarely seen in the head and neck region and often occurs in the trunk and limbs. In this study, we report a 10-year-old boy with periauricular infiltrating angiolipoma who underwent surgery. After surgery, the patient developed transient left frontal branch palsy, but recovery was excellent and after one year there is no relapse.

Pure periorbital electrical injuries are uncommonly reported and may cause both immediate and delayed complications. These injuries are rare and pose a difficult challenge for both ophthalmologist and plastic surgeon. Here we report an unusual case of pure periorbital electrical injury in a 12-yr old boy while drinking water from water dispenser.

In this paper, an analytical method is developed for the axisymmetric dynamic response of a finite thickness liquid layer overlying a transversely isotropic porous solid half-space due to body waves. Potential functions and integral transforms are used together to handle the equations of wave motion in two media. The time-harmonic excitation with axisymmetric shape is assumed to be distributed in the interface of liquid and porous media. Green’s functions of stress and displacement are derived as closed-form integral expressions. Demonstration of the effect of the liquid thickness, degree of material anisotropy, and frequency of excitation on the dynamic response is considered here. Numerical results for a uniform distributed disk load are comprised with the existing elastic and poroelastic solutions to illustrate the quality of the method. تاثیر ابعاد آمیخته بازاریابی اجتماعی بر پیشگیری از بروز رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه در تماشاچیان ورزش فوتبال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تاثیر ابعاد آمیخته بازاریابی اجتماعی بر پیشگیری از بروز رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه در تماشاچیان ورزش فوتبال است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. روشانجام پژوهش حاضربرمبنایهدف ازنوع کاربردی و به شکل میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه تماشاچیان تیم پرسپولیس، تشکیل می دهند که تعداد دقیق آنها مشخص نیست و ملاک تعیین تماشاچی، حضور دراستادیوم آزادی تهران در هنگام بازی تیم بود. از این رو با توجه به جدول مورگان، حداکثر تعداد نمونه آماری (384 نفر) انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش، از دو ابزار بهره گرفته شده است. پرسش نامه آمیخته بازاریابی اجتماعی هاستینگز و سارن، (2003) و پرسش نامه تیوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده آجزن (1991). روایی ابزارها اندازه گیری به سه صورت روایی ظاهری (ایرادات نگارشی)، روایی محتوا و روایی سازه (روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا)، مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آنها نیز پس از مطالعه مقدماتی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید و تایید شد (79/0 ≤α). به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های آمار توصیفی (درصد فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. به منظور بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها از شاخص های کجی و کشیدگی و به منظور بررسی روابط بین متغیرها از معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جهت انجام این آزمون ها از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس و آیموس نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ابعاد آمیخته بازاریابی اجتماعی بر پیشگیری از بروز رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه در تماشاچیان ورزش فوتبال تاثیر معناداری دارد.

The present study is descriptive and correlational. The methodology of this research is based on the purpose of the applied and field-oriented type. The statistical population of this study is all the Persepolis audience, whose exact number is not specified, and the criterion for determining the spectator was the presence at Tehran's Azadi Stadium when playing the team. According to the Morgan table, the maximum number of statistical samples (384 people) was selected. The method of sampling was random. Two tools were used to collect data in this study. Hasting and Saren social marketing questionnaire (2003) and the strategy of the theory of planned behavior of Ajzen (1991). Validity of tools was measured in three ways: Apparent validity (Writing issues), content validity (و and construct validity (convergent and divergent validity), and their reliability after the preliminary study Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used and confirmed (α = 0.79). In order to determine the normal distribution of the data from the inclination and elongation indices and to determine the relationship between variables, structural equations were used. SPSS software version 24 and AMOS version 22 were used to perform these tests. The results showed that social marketing mix dimensions have a significant effect on prevention of aggressive behaviors in soccer sports spectators.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل سازی رفتار خرید مشتریان فروشگاه های ورزشی در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا (پیش آیندها و پس آیند ها) انجام شد. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی-پمایشی بود. در بخش اول (کیفی) برای انجام شدن مصاحبه میدانی، جامعه آماری پژوهش اساتید برجسته حوزه مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در بازاریابی ورزشی و صاحبان برجسته کسب و کارهای ورزشی بودند که این افراد در دو مرحله اولیه و ثانویه به ترتیب به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی برای مصاحبه های کیفی درباره موضوع پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در بخش دوم (کمی) بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، به ساخت پرسشنامه اقدام شد و این پرسشنامه (44 گویه در قالب دو مولفه کلی پیش آیندها و پس آیندهای رفتار خرید مشتریان فروشگاه های ورزشی در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا) در بین مشتریان فروشگاه های آنلاین ورزشی (384 نفر) توزیع شد. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های اثرگذار بر رفتار خرید (پیش آیندها) به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: علاقه به ورزش، عوامل مربوط به آمیخته بازاریابی، عوامل جمعیت شناختی، عوامل روان شناختی، شبکه های اجتماعی، عوامل محیطی، عوامل دانشی، ویژگی های شخصیتی و عوامل موقعیتی. همچنین پس آیندهای مثبت اولویت بیشتری در مقایسه با پس آیندهای منفی داشتند.

Current study In terms of purpose is Practical, In terms of the method of collection the data were descriptive-survey. In the first part (qualitative) to conduct the field interview, the statistical population of the study, prominent professors in the field of sports management specialized in sports marketing and prominent owners of sports businesses were these people, in two primary and secondary phases, respectively, purposefully and Snowballs were selected for qualitative interviews on the research topic. In the second part (quantitative), after collecting the information obtained from qualitative research, the questionnaire was constructed and this questionnaire (44 items in the form of two general components of the Proceedings and Post-futures of customer buying behavior of sports stores at the time of virus Corona outbreak) was distributed among customers of online sports stores (384 people). The results showed that the components affecting purchasing behavior (outcomes) are: interest in sports, marketing mix factors, demographic factors, psychological factors, social networks, environmental factors, Academic factors, personality traits, and situational factors. Also, positive outcomes have a higher priority than negative outcomes.

Trigeminal trophic syndrome is an unusual cause of facial ulcers that affects the sensitive area of the trigeminal nerve. Trigeminal trophic syndrome (TTS) is an unusual condition characterized by anesthesia, paraesthesias and ala nasi ulceration, following peripheral or central damage to the trigeminal nerve. We reported a 27-year-old man who presented with a left ala nasi ulcer accompanied by pruritus and paraesthesia for two months and one month before admission, he was a case of car accident that was admitted in ICU due to diffuse axonal injury (DAI). An underlying infectious, malignant and vasculitic cause for the ulcer was excluded by a skin biopsy. So awareness of the predisposing factors and clinical presentations of this important disfiguring condition seems to be necessary to ensure prompt diagnosis and treatment.

We described a rare case of arteriovenous (AV) fistula after mandibular fracture in a 64-year-old man with chronic schizophrenia. The diagnosis was made by CT angiography. The patient suffered two episodes of mandibular fracture 3 months and 12 months ago. He was found to have a large AV fistula in left side of his neck. So the patient was scheduled for operation to correct fistula.

Cavernous hemangioma is an encapsulated nodular mass composed of dilated, cavernous vascular space separated by connective tissue stroma. Flattened endothelial cells line the vascular spaces, which were filled with blood. Though hemangiomas are the mast common benign neoplasms seen in children, they rarely occur in adults. In the head and neck region, the masseter and trapezius muscles are most commonly involved. Herein, the case is a 64 years old male who presented with a round, painless mass in the right temporal fossa with extension to infratemporal fossa. The lesion was surgically excised and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma.

مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری در باشگاههای ورزشی قابلیت باشگاهها را در انطباق با شرایط پیچیده محیطی بالا میبرد و میتواند باعث افزایش بهرهوری در باشگاهها شود. هدف کلی این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری بر بهرهوری و حضور مجدد مشتریان باشگاههای ورزشی استان کرمانشاه بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف پژوهش، کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه صاحبان و مدیران باشگاههای خصوصی استان کرمانشاه به تعداد 820 نفر بود و حجم نمونه از طریق جدول مورگان 261 نفر به دست آمد که از طریق روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری (علوی شاد، 1387)، پرسشنامه بهرهوری سازمانی (اسدی، 1380) و پرسشنامه تمایل حضور مجدد مشتریان (لیم، 2006) استفاده شد که پس از اطمینان از روایی، پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 89/0، 79/0 و 74/0 برآورد شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون کولموگراف اسمیرنوف و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری بر بهرهوری و حضور مجدد مشتریان باشگاههای ورزشی استان کرمانشاه تاثیر معنیداری دارد (85/0=β) و (43/0=β). بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که حضور مجدد مشتریان در باشگاههای ورزشی نه تنها به اعتبار باشگاه ها میافزاید، بلکه موجب سودهی و بهره وری بیشتر باشگاه ها نیز میباشد.کلید واژگان: مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری، بهرهوری، تمایل حضور مجدد مشتریان، باشگاههای ورزشیCustomer relationship management in sports clubs enhances the ability of clubs to adapt to complex environmental conditions, and it can increase productivity at the clubs. The overall goal of this research is to investigate the effect of customer relationship management on the efficiency and customers re-attendance of sports clubs in Kermanshah province. The present research is applied to the purpose of the research and is descriptive-correlational in terms of research method. The study consisted of all the owners and managers of private clubs Kermanshah province and the sample size of 820 persons was obtained through a sample of 261 persons who were selected through random cluster sampling. To collect information, customer relationship management questionnaire (Alavi Shad, 2008), productivity questionnaire (Asadi, 2001), and customers re-attendance questionnair(Lim, 2006) were used. After assuring validity, the reliability of the questionnaires through Cronbach's alpha The order of 0.98, 0.79 and 0.74 was estimated. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics(K- S test and structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that CRM has a significant effect on the productivity and re-attendance of the customers of sports clubs in Kermanshah province ( β =0.85 and β = 0.43). therefor it can be concluded that the re-attendance customers in sports clubs not only increases the credibility of the clubs, but also increases the profitability and productivity of the clubs. In this paper, an analytical solution for the axisymmetric interaction of a rigid disc inclusion embedded in bondedcontact with the surfaces of a penny-shaped crack and a transversely isotropic medium is investigated. By using amethod of potential functions and treating dual and triple integral equations, the mixed boundary value problem iswritten in the form of two coupled integral equations, which are amenable to numerical treatments. The axial stinessof the inclusion and the shearing stress intensity factor at the tip of the penny-shaped crack for dierent degrees ofmaterial anisotropy are illustrated graphically. در ادبیات مالی در تعریف مفهوم نقدشوندگی، چند بعد نظیر حجم، سرعت و هزینه مطرح شده است. در این تحقیق سعی شده است اثر مفهوم نقدشوندگی در مدل قیمت گذاری سهام در بورس تهران با توجه به ابعاد مختلف آن تبیین شود. شاخص حجم ریالی معاملات به عنوان نماینده ای از بعد حجم نقدشوندگی، شاخص نسبت گردش به عنوان نماینده ای از سرعت نقدشوندگی و شاخص آمیهود به عنوان نماینده ای از بعد هزینه و اثر قیمتی استفاده شده اند. دوره مورد مطالعه از ابتدای سال 90 تا انتهای سال 94 می باشد و داده ها به صورت ماهیانه برای60 ماه محاسبه شده اند. نتایج آن بود که مدل 4 عاملی مبتنی بر هر یک از شاخص های نقدشوندگی، در بررسی سبدهای سبکی سهام (ترکیب سبک های کوچک، بزرگ، ارزشی، رشدی، نقدشونده بالا، نقدشونده پایین) ارتقای معنی داری در ضریب تعیین تعدیل شده نسبت به مدل سه عاملی فاما و فرنچ ایجاد می کنند. این اثر در سبد سبک شرکت های با نقدشوندگی کمتر، بالاتر است. در بررسی تکی سهام، از میان 201 شرکت مورد مطالعه، در مجموع سه شاخص، در بیش از 50 شرکت ضریب عامل ریسک نقدشوندگی در سطح خطای زیر 5% معنی دار بوده و باعث بهبود مدل شد.کلید واژگان: نقدشوندگی، ریسک نقدشوندگی، مدل قیمت گذاری سهام، مدل سه عاملی فاما و فرنچLiquidity is a multidimensional concept. In this essay we studied the behavior of liquidity in the asset pricing model of Tehran Stock Exchange on the basis of multi measures related to multi dimensions of liquidity concept. The traded value measurement is used as a proxy for the value dimension, turnover ratio is used as a proxy for speed dimension and Amihud measure is used as a proxy for cost and price impact dimension. The time period is from 2011 up to 2016 and the data is calculated for 60 months. The result is that four factor model on the basis of each liquidity measure improves the style portfolios (size style, value style and liquidity style) as well as stock level. The improvement level is higher for the illiquid style portfolios. Among 201 studied stocks, the augmented model improves asset pricing model explanation of 50 stocks. With the aid of Hankel transform and using a potential function, an analytical formulation is presented for the study of an exponentially graded transversely isotropic tri-material under applied axisymmetric point-load and patch-load. The given formulation is shown to be reducible to the special cases of inhomogeneous finite layer on the rigid base, exponentially graded bi-material or half-space under applied buried loads and homogeneous tri-material or bi-material solid. Surface waves dispersion is studiedin a two-layer half-space consisting of a finite liquid layer overlying a transversely isotropic solid half-space. A couple of complete potential functions are utilized to uncouple the equation of motion of the transversely isotropic solid along with the displacement potential for the liquid. The frequency equationand the dispersion curves are developed. Several solid materials are considered for the bed and phase and group velocity curves are presented. Higher modes of dispersion are also discussed and the respective graphs are plotted. Various special cases are considered by letting the liquid layer depth take zero value to form a solid half-space as well as very large values to form a full-space bi-material. By virtue of a complete set of two displacement potentials, an analytical derivation of the elastostatic Greens functions of an exponentially graded transversely isotropic bi-material full-space was presented. Three-dimensional point-load Greens functions for stresses and displacements were given in line-integral representations. The formulation included a complete set of transformed stress-potential and displacement-potential relations, with the utilization of Fourier series and Hankel transform. As illustrations, the present Greens functions were analytically degenerated into special cases, such as exponentially graded half-space and homogeneous full-space bi-material Greens functions. Owing to the complicated integrand functions, the integrals were evaluated numerically, and in computing the integrals numerically, a robust and effective methodology was laid out which provided the necessary account of the presence of singularities of integration. Some typical numerical examples were also illustrated to demonstrate the general features of the exponentially graded bi-material Greens functions which will be recognized by the effect of degree of variation of material properties.Keywords: Bi, Material, Displacement Potential, Exponentially Graded, Functionally Graded Material, Green's Function, Transversely Isotropic
