Production sectors by using systemic method for gathering, processing and information flowwith using new information technologies have had lots of success. But they haven’t been applied inthe construction companies. On the other hand, the construction sector is experiencing major andradical changes. These have been forced upon it by external factors such as shifting social patterns,internationalization, growing environmental awareness, rapid development of the information technology(IT) sector, increasing national as well as international competition and more knowledgeable and demanding customers. In response to these circumstances, governments, industry bodies and individualcompanies are looking for ways of raising quality and long-term performance of the completed product,lowering costs and shortening project times. Main problems are lack of comprehensive look to systemand their managements. In this research, the focus is the implementation of a process orientation inconstruction management. The study is also expected to find the impact and performance of orientedinformation system process to enhance construction management methodology.
