یافته های حاصل از مطالعات و پژوهش های سازمان جهانی کار و سازمان جهانی مهاجرت [1] (2022)، نشان می دهد که در سراسر دنیا، بیش از 40 میلیون نفر، قربانی [2] انواعی از برده داری نوین [3] هستند. از طرف دیگر مطالعات (نهاد) شاخص جهانی برده داری [4] (2021)، بیانگر آن است که در کشور ایران، بیش از 495 هزار نفر «برده نوین» وجود دارد. پیدایش چنین آسیبی، محرکی برای بررسی این آسیب و عوامل موجد آن است که با محاسبه شاخص های آسیب پذیری آن برای ایران با روش فازی، می توان هدف فوق را محقق نمود. شاخص آسیب پذیری برده داری نوین به روش فازی در این مطالعه، در یک فرایند سه مرحله ای با استفاده از چهار مولفه 1. حمایت های سیاسی و مدنی؛ 2. حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سلامت؛ 3. امنیت شخصی و 4. جنگ و پناهندگی[5] به دست خواهد آمد. در بخش اول مطالعه حاضر، ضمن بررسی مفهوم برده داری نوین و تشریح انواع آن، به تحلیل ادبیات موجود در این باب پرداخته ایم؛ پس از آن، شاخص آسیب پذیری برده داری نوین به تفکیک شهر و روستا و در نهایت، برای کل کشور محاسبه خواهد شد که با داشتن این شاخص، می توان شرایط برده داری را در سال های بین 1375 الی 1397 مورد بررسی قرار داد. یافته های این پژوهش، نشان می دهد که شاخص فوق برای بازه زمانی مذکور، دارای روند نزولی بوده است.

Over the years, this concept has been objectified in various situations such as labor, military, pre-service, etc. The life of a slave, with all its difficulties and hardships, is not the end of his personal life, in the sense of losing all the opportunities of a normal life; because it is possible for a slave to free himself. A slave soldier can be promoted to a senior military rank, or even a slave can become an important person in society. However, in the 15th century, the "Atlantic slave trade" destroyed this possibility. In such a way that over 400 years, 12 million Africans were transported as slaves to European and American colonies and did not have the possibility to return to a normal life. Even if they were freed from slavery, they were still deprived of some rights. Until the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century, efforts were made to dismantle the system of slavery and the slave trade, and this issue was banned in most countries. Considering that there is no effective quantitative index in the field of improving the condition of slaves, the general goal of this research is to estimate a multidimensional index that includes the dimensions of vulnerability and the number of slaves. In other words, the main goal of this research is to calculate an index in the field of the status of slaves, separated by gender and province. The existence of this index helps policy makers to organize their actions in the field of slaves' vulnerability.
MethodologyIn this section, using an analytical-descriptive method, variables in four groups 1. Political and civil support; 2. Economic, social and health rights; 3. personal security and 4. war and asylum are categorized and, the vulnerability index of slaves will be estimated using the theory of fuzzy sets over the years. To calculate the fuzzy index of each of the aforementioned dimensions of the vulnerability index of slaves, it is necessary to consider variables for each of these dimensions. The indexing method for the vulnerability of slaves is three-step, so that first, a fuzzy index will be created for each of the above-mentioned dimensions using the fuzzy method. In the second stage, by combining two political and civil indicators, its fuzzy index is made, and for the economic and social dimensions, the corresponding fuzzy index is obtained.
Results and DiscussionUsing the aforementioned data, the system was simulated with a fuzzy approach, and the vulnerability index of slaves was obtained by separating urban and rural areas and by gender, as described in the following diagram: According to the above graph, it is clear that the trend of slavery in the country is decreasing and it has experienced a total decrease of 50%. Having said that, the conditions of the villagers are more difficult than the urban dwellers, and girls have experienced more vulnerability. However, in urban areas, the trend of slaves for boys and girls has been the same.
ConclusionPaying attention to the vulnerability of modern slavery requires the creation of appropriate platforms and contexts in economic, social and cultural dimensions in the regions of the country, and increasing the role and function of people in different economic-social types also creates platforms for development. Therefore, it is necessary to review the definitions related to development programs from the perspective of anti-slavery and to formulate and apply different levels of programs according to the characteristics and conditions of boys and girls in urban and rural areas. Therefore, according to the results of this research, it is suggested that the key policy priorities to reduce or eliminate forced labor and forced marriage should be changed and formulated in such a way that the rights and freedom of workers to determine wages and choose workplaces are recognized, and policies should be fair and anti-discriminatory in hiring workers

Context/ purpose
Factors affecting the technology, and innovation levels of crude oil treatment’s surface facilities, are numerous and extensive. Localization of surface facility as a high-tech Technology, which include oil and gas production and processing units, has always been one of the main issues, and technology management and innovation are essential priorities for these facilities. The purpose of this practical, heuristic, and quantitative research is to develop the studies and identify the current state of technology for crude oil treatment’s surface facility technology level in Iran and compare it with its global one.
MethodologyConsidering the wide range of factors that are used in evaluating technological and innovative capabilities with uncertainty. This research is applied in terms of purpose. Using a survey method and collecting qualitative data through a questionnaire, has led to descriptive results. This study by referring to experts and specialists, these factors according to their importance and priority in different classes of classification and then with statistical analysis, the relationship and correlation of these factors have been examined. For this purpose, 44 experts in oil and gas industry have been used for replying the qualitative questionnaire, then the fuzzy system model has been used to investigate the uncertainty in their answers and Quantitative results.
FindingsThe results of this study show that the most influential factors in surface facilities such as technological and innovative factors and managerial potential and human resources, etc. are not at an acceptable level compared to developed countries.
ConclusionThe analysis of uncertainty between opinions of experts and factors investigated also confirms that attention to innovation and technology capacity and Technology capability and human resources in the National Iranian Oil Company should be increased.

حرکت به سمت زنجیره تامین سبز فرصت مناسبی برای توجه همزمان به موضوعات پایداری و عملکردهای تجاری محیطی ایجاد می نماید. در این زنجیره باعث تجدید نظر شرکتها در طراحی محصولات و تکنیک های خود برای ارائه محصولاتی سازگارتر با محیط، چه زمان تولید و چه زمان مصرف می شود و علاوه بر هزینه های مشهود، هزینه های نامشهودی که در قیمت تمام شده محصول لحاظ نمی شود و بر محیط زیست اثرات منفی و مخرب دارند نیز به حداقل می رسد. لذا در این پژوهش با توجه به ضرورت موضوع، روشی برای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین سبز پتروشیمی های عسلویه با ترکیب مدل سازی غیرخطی و روش فازی ارائه شده است. بدین منظور ابتدا با استفاده از بررسی جامع ادبیات پژوهش، مدلی در ارتباط با ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین سبز تدوین و سپس پرسشنامه مقایسه های زوجی در ارتباط با تعیین وزن معیارها و زیرمعیارها در اختیار 15 متخصص (که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده اند) قرار گرفت و وزن معیارها و زیرمعیارها به روش مدل سازی غیرخطی محاسبه شد. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تکنیک فازی عملکرد زنجیره تامین سبز بهینه کاوی و پتروشیمی های عسلویه ارزیابی گردیدند. در پایان نیز نتیجه ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین سبز پتروشیمی های عسلویه با بهینه کاوی مقایسه شد. این ارزیابی نشان داد که پتروشیمی های عسلویه از نظر معیار سبز، هزینه و مشتری نسبت به معیارهای انعطاف پذیری و مالی در مقایسه با بهینه کاوی در وضعیت نامناسبی قرار دارند.کلید واژگان: مدیریت زنجسره تامین سبز، ارزیابی عملکرد، روش فازی، مدلسازی غیرخطیGreen supply chains management provide an excellent opportunity for those of who are concern about Sustainable development and Environmental business practices. In the past, supply chain management was a view to improve performance in entire supply chain based on productivity and profit increasing, And It's managers were looking for faster delivery of goods and services, costs reduction and quality increase, But the importance of improving environmental performance, social issues and environmental degradation was not considered in this view. The approach of green supply chain management, in general, is Considered tangible and intangible costs, Negative and destructive effects on the environment, and social issues. In this study, a Green supply chain performance assessment method of Borzoyyeh petrochemical is provided by using a combination of fuzzy method and non-linear modeling approach. For this purpose, first, path analyses used for presentation of a green supply chain evaluation model. Then paired comparison questionnaires associated with definition of criterias weights was given to 15 specialist and to the method of non-liner modeling, criterias and sub criterias was calculated. In the next step, the idea of specialists about performance evaluation of green supply chain of benchmarking and Borzoyyeh petrochemical were collected from questionnaires. Then using fuzzy technique, benchmarking performance of Borzoyyeh petrochemical were evaluated. Then the result of performance evaluation of green supply chain of Borzoyyeh petrochemical compared with benchmarking. The results of performance evaluation of green supply chain of Borzoyyeh petrochemical showed, Borzoyyeh petrochemical in term of green criteria , cost and customer associated with flexibility and financial criterias in comparison with benchmarking is in worst situation.Keywords: green supply chain management, performance assessment, fuzzy method, nonlinear modeling
