Analysis of the LARG of the hospital medical equipment supply chain using the fuzzy inference systemInternational Journal of Research in Industrial Engineering, Volume:13 Issue: 2, Spring 2024, PP 116 -151The Lean, Agile, Resilience, and Green (LARG) supply chains are more competitive than conventional ones. Evaluating its performance under current conditions and developing suitable strategies is crucial to enhance LARG. This study aims to create an assessment model for LARG in Iran's hospital medical equipment supply chain, especially in Hamadan. The Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) evaluates LARG across four dimensions: lean, agile, resilient, and green. Key indicators obtained from a comprehensive review of the literature and other published reports in the field of LARG were also confirmed by a focused group of experts in the medical equipment supply chain field. The findings indicate that the value LARG of the medical equipment supply chain is 0.787. Key indicators for the evaluation of LARG in the hospital medical equipment supply chain include reducing overall supply chain costs, optimizing inventory management, shortening supply chain development cycle time, increasing the introduction of new products, promoting information sharing among supply chain members, establishing flexible supply bases and sourcing, reducing fossil fuel consumption, and implementing waste management practices such as reuse and recycling of recyclable materials. This research provides managers with valuable insights into the current state of LARG and serves as a reference for formulating LARG strategies and practices. The study's results enable supply chain actors, particularly in Iran's Hamadan Province, to comprehend the key indicators for improving LARG performance in the hospital medical equipment supply chain. Sustainable production is using non-polluting processes and systems by considering energy conservation and natural resources, which is sustainable in terms of economic, safety and health for employees, society and consumers. In general sustainable production refers to valuable social production for all working people. There are different perspectives on sustainable production indicators. However, some recent researches offered indicators for measuring sustainable production. Increasing the number of indicators causes managers confusion in using them. This paper offers a fuzzy inference system for indicators ranking in organizations. In this study, general prioritizations regardless of the type of manufacturing industry were considered and effort was focused on showing the relative degree of indicators for managers. So that it offers good understanding about importance of each indicator with regard to others for assessmenting the past, present and future of organizations. The results of the present study shows that beside economy, specialists have great attention on the environmental issues which is important and necessary for manufacturing in protecting natural resources and environments.Keywords: sustainability, Sustainable Production Indicators, Fuzzy Inference Systems, Environment

در مقاله حاضر یک مدل رتبه بندی اعتباری با استفاده از یک الگوریتم حل چند هدفه که ترکیبی از قوانین چیرگی فازی، الگوریتم ژنتیک و الگوریتم سیمپلکس به منظور پیش بینی عملکرد مالی مشتریان حقوقی بانک ها ارائه گردید. سپس کارایی مدل بر اساس توانایی آن در تشخیص دقیق نکول مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از داده های بانک کشاورزی طی سالهای 1380-1385، مدل مفهومی رتبه بندی اعتباری تعیین و نسبت بدهی، نسبت فعالیت و نسبت ارزش ویژه به مجموع دارایی ها بعنوان متغیرهای توضیحی مدل انتخاب شدند. از سوی دیگر نکول یا عدم نکول بصورت یک متغیر موهومی بعنوان متغیر وابسته مدل در نظر گرفته شد. جهت آموزش و اعتبار سنجی مدل، داده ها به دو مجموعه مدل و شاهد تقسیم شدند. پس از اجرای الگوریتم، علاوه بر مقادیر درجه تشخیص و درجه حساسیت به عنوان دو معیار کارایی مدل، متغیر کلیدی نیز تعیین گردید.

Prediction performance of the model was examined based on its ability to accurately identify credit default. Using available data from KESHVARZI bank over 2001-2006, debt ratio, operational ratio, and return on equity are selected as descriptive variables, and on the other side dependent variable was considered as a dummy variable. To training and validating the model, data were divided in to model (in-sample) and test (out-of-sample) sets. After running the algorithm, besides the sensitivity and specificity ratios, the key variable was specified.Keywords: fuzzy inference systems, simplex algorithm, genetic algorithm, credit rating
