    This study aims to identify and validate key policy indicators to facilitate the transition from conventional transportation modes to sustainable alternatives, with the goal of reducing environmental pollution in Iran. A qualitative approach was employed using the fuzzy Delphi method to achieve expert consensus on the critical dimensions and indicators of sustainable transportation policies. The study engaged 20 experts, including university professors and senior professionals from the transportation and environmental sectors, selected through purposive and snowball sampling methods. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews, and the analysis focused on coding and triangulation to identify relevant policy dimensions. Triangular fuzzy sets (l, m, u) were used to quantify expert opinions and address uncertainties, ensuring the reliability of the findings. The study identified six key dimensions for effective policymaking: the role of policymakers, policy approaches, mechanisms for creating dynamism, policymakers' capabilities, mastery of environmental conditions, and the provision and utilization of necessary data. Specific indicators under these dimensions include evidence-based policymaking, participatory approaches, collaboration with academic and professional experts, integration of reliable data, and alignment with contemporary scientific paradigms. The findings emphasize the importance of institutional frameworks, systematic approaches, and stakeholder engagement in fostering sustainable transportation systems. The proposed indicators achieved consensus among experts, with fuzzy scores exceeding the threshold for validation. The results provide a comprehensive framework for developing sustainable transportation policies that address environmental challenges. The identified dimensions and indicators align with global best practices and offer actionable insights for policymakers. By emphasizing participatory and evidence-based approaches, the findings can guide national efforts to reduce environmental pollution through the promotion of sustainable transportation modes.

    Currently, commercialization is one of the most critical elements for the success of new businesses. In our country, due to the presence of human resources that are both innovative and creative, good ideas are often proposed at both the academic and industrial levels; however, unfortunately, they frequently stall at the early stages and fail to move into the production phase. Moreover, due to the existing sanctions in various industries against Iran, areas such as chemicals, mining, and construction such as dam building, road construction, and tunnel construction heavily rely on the development services of the commercial explosives industry. In this study, using both library research and field studies, 24 influential factors in the commercialization of new products in the commercial explosives industry were identified and content-validated in the first step. Subsequently, based on the fuzzy Delphi method, these identified factors were evaluated and screened, with 16 factors confirmed. Then, using the BWM decision-making method, these factors were weighted and ranked. The results of this research can significantly influence the production of new products in the commercial explosives industry by identifying the most important factors affecting new product commercialization. Given the rapid competitiveness in the market, the emergence of new technologies, increasing domestic demand, and the self-sufficiency goal of the country, this study can contribute to more efficient and increased production in this sector.

    امروزه کیفیت یکی از مهمترین عامل ها در جلب رضایت و وفاداری مشتریان برای سازمان های خدماتی است. بنابراین، یکی از دغدغه های اصلی مدیران بالابردن کیفیت خدمات است. با پیشرفت اینترنت و دنیای ارتباطات مفهومی به نام رایانش ابری در دنیای ارتباطات گسترش یافته است که الگویی تازه برای عرضه، مصرف و تحویل خدمات رایانشی را ارایه می کند. هدف از این پژوهش، تصمیم گیری بهینه در انتخاب سرویس ابری مناسب با توجه به شرایط کاربران است به نحوی که آنان به بالاترین رضایت برسند. روش دلفی فازی، روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی، روش تاپسیس فازی و در نهایت روش تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره روش های به کارگرفته شده در این پژوهش است. نتایج روش دلفی فازی نشان می دهد که شاخص های شفافیت، دسترسی و قابلیت اطمینان بایستی حذف شوند. نتایج تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی شاخص هزینه را به عنوان مهمترین شاخص و شاخص پشتیبانی در هنگام تقاضا را به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین شاخص شناسایی نمود. با توجه به نتایج تاپسیس فازی براساس وزن های حاصل از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی نیز به ترتیب سرویس های ابری SAAS، IAAS و PAAS رتبه اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص دادند. استفاده از سرویس SAAS مزایای بی شماری را از قبیل کاهش زمان و هزینه صرف شده جهت کارهای زمان گیر مانند نصب، مدیریت و ارتقاء نرم افزار برای کارمندان و شرکت ها فراهم می کند.

    Today, quality is one of the most important factors in attracting customer satisfaction and loyalty to service organizations. Therefore, one of the main concerns of managers is to improve the quality of services. With the development of the Internet and the world of communications, a concept called cloud computing has expanded in the world of communications, which provides a new model for the supply, consumption and delivery of computing services. The purpose of this study is to make the optimal decision in choosing the appropriate cloud service according to the conditions of users so that they achieve the highest satisfaction. Fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, fuzzy TOPSIS method and finally multi-criteria decision making method are the methods used in this research. The results of the fuzzy Delphi method show that the indicators of transparency, accessibility and reliability should be eliminated. The results of fuzzy hierarchical analysis identified the cost index as the most important index and the support index during demand as the least important index. According to the results of fuzzy TOPSIS based on the weights obtained from fuzzy hierarchical analysis, SAAS, IAAS and PAAS cloud services were ranked first to third, respectively. Using the SAAS service provides numerous benefits to employees and companies, such as reducing time and money spent on time-consuming tasks such as installing, managing, and upgrading software.
