Reforming the Process of Supply and Demand for Commodity and Services in Guild System with Regard to the Islamic Instructions

Abstract:
Guilds of distribution of commodity and services play an important and meaningful role during the periods of Iran’s economic activities. So, the appropriate development of this system is necessary. The Islamic economic system besides having enough efficiency has supreme teachings and goals. The development of guilds system in order to reach an Islamic guild system is a phenomenon which according to the Islamic civilization is of great necessity. However, with the development of guilds and the various changes in the economic and non-economic sectors, many Islamic teaching and values in trading and commerce are fading away. So, the review of guilds system in policy making and implementing the policies is necessary. For reaching a developed guild system from an Islamic point of view the following factors should be put under consideration: 1. implementing the Islamic jurisprudential and moral Islamic teachings in the guilds system 2. Correction of policy-makings and plans 3. Correction of the supervision strategies and 4. reforming the design of commercial places.
